E7024 premium arc stick electrodes are designed for high-efficiency single-pass welding in flat and horizontal fillet positions. The iron powder and titania coating provide a smooth, stable arc and excellent weld bead appearance. These electrodes are ideal for ship structures, bridges, buildings, and general structural steel applications. With superior slag removal properties, cleanup is quick and easy after welding. Suitable for use with both AC and DC(-) power sources, they deliver reliable performance in demanding projects. For optimal results, redry the electrodes at 120-150°C for 30-60 minutes before use.
